Brain plasticity: modeling example

As outlined in the video, brain plasticity is pretty much all about creating models of the desired outcome and then evolving behavior until it is sufficiently near the intended outcome.

Questions/implications of this

Is learning speed/efficiency a factor of:

  • How many steps/changes/parameters can be effectively changed PER ITERATION? (e.g. rotation AND scale AND blurriness AND fidelity)
  • Does finding how many iterations it takes before reaching the final perfect model indicate intelligence?

GOAL: Draw a perfect circle.
